Six month Divorce without children: My spouse and I are without common minor children, we have been separated continuously and without interruption for at least six months, at least one of us has intended for the separation to be permanent, and both of us are agreeable to entering into a Separation Agreement or we have already entered into a separation agreement which resolves all outstanding issues.

One year Divorce without children (no separation agreement): My spouse and I are without common minor children, we have been separated continuously and without interruption for at least six months, at least one of us has intended for the separation to be permanent, and there are no contested support or property issues.

One year Divorce with children: My spouse and I have minor common children, and have been separated continuously and without interruption for at least one year with the intent of at least one of the parties that the separation be permanent, and there are no contested support or property issues.

I just need a lawyer for the final hearing.  I have a pending divorce case in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County which has already been approved for an ore tenus hearing and I just want a Licensed Virginia Attorney to represent me at the Final Hearing for $200.
