Virginia Uncontested Divorce

The Basic Uncontested Divorce $699; Base filing fee $89.

For cases where there are no contested issues relating to property division, custody or support matters. This discounted fee covers applies to cases initiated through this website. Mutual Accord means that the other party is willing to accept service of process, waive notice of the entry of the Final Decree of Divorce. Subject to additional charges below:

Retain Attorney for ore tenus hearing only in Fairfax County Circuit Court

For cases which have already been approved by the Fairfax County Circuit Court to proceed to an ore tenus final hearing.  Many times persons are able to bring their case this far, but have difficulty at the final hearing because they do not understand the legal requirements of what must be proved or the proper way to present such evidence. If you would like to have the expertise of an experienced Divorce Lawyer to guide you through this process and represent you at the hearing, then this option is for you.  You and Attorney, Mark Loria, will discuss what must be done and select an appropriate hearing date.
